GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Terms and Conditions applied for “Super Saver Promotion” only.
- Rates are inclusive of Service Charge, VAT, and Breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.
- Full pre payment before arrival.
- Non refundable.
- Cannot be combined with other promotions.
- Third person (3rd) Twelve (12) years old and under is sharing accommodation and pays compulsory breakfast at 200 Net Thai Baht per day (30% Discount is not applied).
- Third Person (3rd) Thirteen (13) years old and above is considered as adult and pays extra bed inclusive of breakfast at 900 Net Thai Baht per day (30% Discount is not applied).
- Maximum occupancy per room is Three (3) persons.

B. Terms and Conditions to any bookings EXCEPT: “Super Saver Promotion”
- A deposit equivalent to a One (1) night stay is required for any booking confirmation during low season.
- A deposit equivalent to a Two (2) night stay is required for any booking confirmation during high season.
- A deposit equivalent to a Three (3) night stay is required for any booking confirmation during peak season.
- Rates are inclusive of service charge, VAT, and breakfast for 1 or 2 persons.

- Baby Cot is free of charge.
- Check In Time at 14:00 P.M.
- Check Out Time is at 12:00 NOON
- Note: Request for early check in or late check out is subject to availability. (Late check out charge is Fifty Percent (50%) from the room rate).

RESORT POLICY ON:
1. BOOKING CANCELATION (EXCEPT: “Super Saver Promotion”) – Request for any booking cancellation is possible. Refund can be made BUT a Bank Administration Fee of 25% from the amount deposited will be deducted.
a. Seven (7) days prior to arrival during low season.
b. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival during high season.
c. Twenty (21) days prior to arrival during peak season.
NO REFUND is allowed if booking request is made LESS THAN:
d. Seven (7) days prior to arrival during low season.
e. Fourteen (14) days prior to arrival during high season.
f. Twenty (21) days prior to arrival during peak season.
2. EARLY DEPARTURE (EXCEPT: “Super Saver Promotion”) – Non refundable.
3. NO SHOW (EXCEPT: “Super Saver Promotion”) – Non refundable.
